Lake Oconee Area Builders Association (LOABA) announces The Big Event. This free one-day festival takes place on Saturday, March 19, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lake Oconee Village located at 1000 Vista Drive in Greensboro, Georgia.

The event features 162 local exhibitors including home builders, remodelers, suppliers and many other companies associated with the industry such as mortgage, pest control, appraisers and more. In addition to home and garden vendors,

The Big Event includes lots of arts and craft vendors. Food trucks from Chick-Fil-A, Five Finger Philly and The Kitchen will be on site selling meals. And adult beverages will be available with all proceeds benefitting Arte Scholars.

A special Kids Zone offers face painting, games and performances by area groups.
