Georgia-Based Colonial Lighting Celebrates 50 Years in Business

This year, Colonial Lighting marked its 50^th anniversary. Since its beginnings, Colonial has based its operations around providing quality products and best-in-class customer service. The company believes this commitment has been the driving factor behind reaching this significant milestone.

Established in 1967, Colonial Lighting has grown from small business to becoming part of the Builder Specialties portfolio in 2010. Builder Specialties later merged with Construction Resources in late 2015, but the Colonial name remained with its decades of heritage and brand equity among builders, designers, and homeowners in Georgia.
