Rozina Kassam rejoined Construction Resources, driven by her belief in the company’s mission, its talented people, and the strategic vision that aligns with her own values. With over 15 years of experience as a CFO across various companies, including Commercial Solutions, Motor Parts & Equipment Company, and NAPA USA and Mexico (the largest subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company), Rozina has a proven track record in leading financial transformations, business process improvements, and organizational leadership.

Rozina previously served as CFO of Construction Resources between 2020 and 2022, where she played a crucial role in modernizing financial processes, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to the company’s successful exit. The initiatives she implemented during that time have continued to benefit the company even after her departure, laying a strong foundation for its ongoing growth.

Rozina’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and fostering synergistic partnerships across teams reflects her dedication to the success of Construction Resources. She is excited to be back, contributing to the company’s continued success and future growth.

Fun fact: Originally from Singapore, Rozina spent 23 years in Alberta, Canada, before moving to the USA in 2013. She is a proud mom of three sons, all of whom grew up in Canada. Her husband, who hails from Tanzania, shares her passion for travel and experiencing different cultures around the world.
