Kelly Kingsfield joined Construction Resources as Director of Surfaces in September 2022. She is responsible for expanding strategic and organic sales as well as managing the client experience.
Kelly brings a wealth of industry experience to her role, coming from a distinguished career in the new construction industry. She served in various roles, including VP of Customer Experience & Quality Assurance, Division VP of Construction, and Chief Experience Officer for John Wieland Homes and Monte Hewett Homes.
At John Wieland Homes, Kelly was tasked with creating a culture and processes across five Southeast markets, leading to the company earning the J.D. Power & Associates Customer Satisfaction and Quality award in multiple markets for three consecutive years. Throughout her career, she managed sales, marketing, and design operations across multiple states in the Southeast.
Kelly attended Southern Union State with a focus on Criminal Justice. She has four adult children and lives in Newnan with her husband Jeff. Together, they work to make a difference among the homeless population by providing necessities and friendship. Kelly also actively volunteers with LifeLine Animal Shelter.
Fun Fact: Kelly has completed fourteen Ironman 140.6 races, including the Ironman World Championships in 2019. She is currently working towards completing the six World Marathon Majors.
