Atlanta Kitchen, Inc. uses both domestic and imported wood species to manufacture our countertops.  We do not use any wood that is being over harvested or that is on any threatened or endangered species list.  We actively support international efforts to increase the use of sustainable forestry practices.

The use of reclaimed wood is quickly increasing in popularity as a means to reduce harvesting and increase the total number of acres planted with trees.  Wood is, after all, the ultimate renewable resource.
